SITE PROGRESS
Our museum is now open during events. See Event & Programs for our next event. We are working on several projects to improve the grounds, most important a bathroom facility. Please let us know if you able to help accomplish this goal.

Our grounds consist of four areas for you to enjoy.

LEARNING CENTER
This area provides the space for general meetings as well as 4H activities and special guest speaker presentations.

RURAL HERITAGE DISPLAY BUILDING
This part of the museum demonstrates the progression of agricultural technologies and methods from the mid 19th to the mid 20th centuries. Displays include machinery ranging from "dog" and "horse" powered up through post WW II fully mechanized equipment.

RURAL LIFE DISPLAY
The upper floor of the original dairy barn has been transformed into period displays of life around the farm home and town. Display areas include a farm kitchen, living room, bedroom, barnyard/garden area, wood and tack shop, and general store. Take a step back in time and see how different life was for past generations.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Our beautiful 8 acre grounds consists of open meadows and shaded areas beneath our mature oak trees. We have designated space for a tractor pull track as well as ample room for parking.
