Topic: We will be having a Primitive Split Oak Basket Making Class. This will be taught by Nathan Jenkins from Waynesboro, VA who describes himself as a primitive craftsman. He comes from a long line of basketmakers and was taught by his father starting at the age of two. There will be a $45 fee for this class and participants will make a small basket. The class will be limited to 36 participants so act quickly and sign up here. The museum will also be open, museum admission is free.
